Joint Azeri-Iranian bank to open in Tehran to boost bilateral trade

In an effort to boost bilateral trade between the two countries,  a joint Azeri-Iranian bank is to be set up in Tehran, Iran’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan  Mohsen Pak Ayeen said last week. The establishment of the joint bank is to  be discussed during a meeting between Iran’s Central Bank Governor Valiollah Seif and his Azerbaijani counterpart in Tehran on a date yet to be confirmed, he added, and also  spoke of the need to  improve their mutual rail, sea, and road transport networks
