Nakhchivan mobile operator licence: Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Communications and High Tech is to issue a new licence for a mobile operator to be based in the country’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic exclave. The licence is expected to be issued to the internet service provider Naxtel, and the government has indicated that whoever wins the licence will have the opportunity to roll its network out across the country.
