Azerbaijan alternative energy sector: US official Julia Neshelwat has indicated that the US is considering joining forces with the Azerbaijani government to help it develop alternative energy supplies. Azerbaijan is planning to increase alternative energy production from the 2% of its energy requirements that it meets today to 20% by 2020. Azernews
