Croatia and Montenegro plan TAP connection

Croatia and Montenegro plan TAP connection: In attempt to diversify their energy supplies, Croatia and Montenegro are intending to build a €700m natural gas pipeline down the coast to join up with the Trans Adriatic Pipeline, their respective Economic Ministers announced at a joint press conference today. “All countries in the  [Balkan] region want to join up to the TAP,”  Montenegro’ s Vladimir Kavaric said. “This is also a great opportunity for Montenegro to make a profit by selling the produced gas through the pipeline.” 
“There is a political will,” Croatia’s Ivan Vrdoylak observed. “….We would also  like to include Bosnia and Herzegovina in this project.”
