MegaFon long distance call tariff: MegaFon has launched a new tariff option which offers its subscribers free nine-minute long distance calls to anywhere in Russia outside their home region. Under the terms of the new MegaFon tariff ‘Call on Russia’ a customer calling Moscow from Vladivostok, for example, would pay RUB15 for the first minute and then nothing for the next nine. ZR Press
