China puts out call for $300bn in FDI: China  is looking to attract over $300bn worth  of FDI to fund over 1,000 infrastructure projects, according to  a list published by its State Agency for Planning today. The list includes the construction of  two metro lines in Hangzhou and a hospital in Urumqi, and reflects Beijing’s efforts to reduce China’s public debt, estimated to be in the region of  $ 3tr.
