Kazakh-Chinese Business Council sign deals worth $10bn

Deals worth $10bn were signed off at a Kazakh-Chinese Business Council meeting in Beijing on Monday, according to the press office of Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Karim Massimov who was at the event. It was also attended by senior Chinese government officials, and  major companies and banks from both countries. 
The deals include agreements  between Kazakhtelecom and China Telecom Global; KazMunayGas and  Sinopec; and between the Central Asia Gold Corporation and Shenyang Lianli Copper for the development of an industrial park dedicated to the production of ferrous metals.
