Minsk, Almaty and Astana win out in Forbes city rankings

Forbes city rankings: Almaty and Astana  have been ranked as the fourth and fifth best cities to do business in within the former USSR. Minsk was ranked first followed by Tallinn and Vilnius. Tengrinews
