KEGOC: Shares in the Kazakhstan Electricity Grid Operating Company (KEGOC) are to be put up for sale at KZT505 ($2.79), the Samruk-Kazyna Kazakh National Welfare Fund has announced. 25,999,999 ordinary shares are to placed within the framework of the IPO, which opened yesterday and will close on December 3. Participation in the IPO is open to private Kazakh citizens, the country’s Integrated Accumulative Pension Fund and a market maker. TREND
