Kyzyl Gold concession: Russian precious metal producer Polymetal International is to pay Sumeru Gold B.V. and Sumeru LLP $318.5m for Altynalmas Gold Ltd, the holding company of Kazakhstan’s Kyzyl gold concession. The concession’s owners hold the rights to the Bakyrchik and Bolshevik gold deposits in north-eastern Kazakhstan. AKI Press
