Russian-Tajik railway feasibility study: Kyrgyzstan’s President Atambayev is to use tomorrow’s meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO) to ask the EDB to finance a preliminary feasibility study for the construction of the Russia-Tajikistan railway that would run through Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
