The establishment of a Kyrgyz-Qatari investment fund that would act as a mechanism for implementing large-scale projects is being discussed by the two countries, Kyrgyzstan’s Economic Ministry announced yesterday. The two countries are also planning to sign two further agreements, the first concerning double taxation and tax evasion and the second on economic, trade and technical cooperation. AKI Press
