AIIB Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank admits five new member states

AIIB, the newly  formed Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, has formally welcomed Brazil, Georgia, Finland, Denmark and the Netherlands to its ranks, China’s  Ministry of Finance of China, announced this weekend. 42 countries have now applied to join the bank which  was established last year with $100bn of share capital with  the intention of financing infrastructure projects in the Asia Pacific.
