Norwegian gas supplies overtakes Russia in Western Europe

Norwegian gas: Norway overtook Russia as Western Europe’s largest natural gas between October 2014 and March 2015, according to a comparison by Reuters of  figures  released by Norwegian state operator Gassco and Russia’s Gazprom. The comparison does not include Russian sales to Eastern Europe or Turkey, and Russia  remains Europe’s overall supplier with  42% market share compared to Norway’s 38%.
