Siberian infrastructure development: It is going to take ten years to build a modern infrastructure in Siberia and Russia’s Far East, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich told Rossiyskaya Gazeta earlier this week. He said that it would take around four years to develop the regions’ transport, utilities and communications structure which would be followed by its coal infrastructure, and confirmed that the government would be looking to introduce a number of incentives to encourage investment and participation from the private sector.
