$1bn investment sought for Bystrinskoy copper mine

The world’s largest nickel and palladium producer Norilsk Nickel is looking to raise $1bn to finance the development of the Bystrinskoy copper mine  in East Siberia’s Transbaikal region. It plans to start copper concentrate production in the third quarter of 2017 and annual revenues are expected to exceed $1bn once it reaches its full  production capacity in 2018. Gazeta.ru
