Alrosa in Angolan JV: Rough diamond producer Alrosa has signed an agreement with Angola’s national diamond company Endiama to establish an exploration joint venture. The JV will see Alrosa invest a minimum of $150m in the building of mining facilities and marks a return to form for the Russian company which has grown its revenue by 60% since 2008.
