Belarus petroleum product taxes to go to state coffers

Belarus petroleum product taxes: Belarus and Russia have agreed that all export duties  imposed on petroleum products made from Russian oil and shipped to third countries will go to the Belarus treasury. Until now the arrangement only covered the first $500m. Lenta
