Guaranteed retirement savings scheme: Three non-state pension funds have applied to the Central Bank of Russia to participate in the government’s guaranteed retirement savings scheme. Between them, Gazfond retirement savings, Lukoil-Garant and NPF Electric control over RUB270bn of Russian pension funds, around 25% of the country’s entire pension pot. Lenta
