Cost of living in Moscow: Moscow has moved from being the second to the ninth most expensive city in Europe for expatriates, according to the rankings compiled by global human resources consulting firm Mercer. The rankings for 2014 which measure the comparative costs of more than 200 goods make Zurich Europe’s most expensive while the Angolan capital of Luanda sits at the top of the world league.
