Deripaska increases Strabag stake: Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska has raised his stake in the Austrian Strabag construction company to 25 % plus one share in a move which gives him a blocking minority vote. The acquisition was conducted through his Rasperia Trading investment vehicle which paid around $170m to raise its stake in Strabag from 19.4% to 25%. The Moscow Times
