Dobrolyot budget airline: Aeroflot’s budget airline Dobrolyot came one step closer to launch this week when Russia’s aviation watchdog gave Russia’s national carrier a licence for its cut-price subsidiary. In its first year of operation, Dobrolyot plans to offer flights from Moscow to eight Russian cities, including St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Yekaterinburg, Samara, Makhachkala, Ufa, Kaliningrad and Novy Urengoy, and to expand this to 26 by 2016 as well as adding Kiev, Yerevan and Istanbul to its schedule.
