Gazprom buys out South Stream offshore partners: With the South Stream pipeline project facing indefinite delays, the Russian energy giant  Gazprom has bought out its overseas partners in the company that had been established to lay the offshore section under the Black Sea. By acquiring the shareholdings of Italy’s Eni (20%), France’s EDF and Germany’s Wintershall (15% each), Gazprom now has 100% control of South Stream Transport BV. BFM
