Irkutsk infrastructure: The Government of Irkutsk and Russian Railways are to establish a Special Project Company (JPC) to co-ordinate and implement major infrastructure projects in the region. With an authorised capital of RUB300m, the company will be responsible for the development of transport hubs based on existing airports, railway and bus stations and the areas adjacent to them.
