Kemerovo Monolith and Dagestan Banks: The Central Bank of Russia has revoked the licenses of three more banks, it announced today. The Kemerovo Bank of Belarus was accused of money laundering and the financing of terrorism, while the Moscow-based Monolith was accused of being involved in “questionable conduct”. The third bank to lose it licence was the Caucasian Dagestan Bank that was also accused of money laundering and “conducting suspicious transactions”. ITAR-TASS
