Lithuanian gas bill reduced by 20%

Lithuanian gas bill:  Gazprom has signed a new agreement with the Lithuanian government to reduce the cost of imported gas by around 20%. Until recently, the government in Vilnius has been at odds with Gazprom over contract prices and the EU Third Energy Package. Rosbalt, RIA Novosti
