Moody’s downgrades eleven Russian regions, four cities and three companies

Moody’s downgrades eleven Russian regions: Moody’s yesterday downgraded the ratings of 11 Russian regions, four cities and three companies.
The downgraded regions are Moscow, Vologda, Samara and Belgorod; the republics of Bashkortostan, Komi, Mordovia and Tatarstan; the territories of Krasnoyarsk and Krasnodar; and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District.
The downgraded cities are Moscow, St Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod and Karsnodar.
The downgraded companies are Vodokanal (St Petersburg), LLC Water Finance and JSC Western High-Speed Diameter.
