MTS corporate customer base: The number of business customers using the Russian telecoms operator Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) rose by 35% in the first half of 2014, the company has announced. Many of its new customers are government agencies, including the Ministry of Public Administration and St. Petersburg’s Information and Communications Committee. Gazeta
