National Welfare Fund to be invested in infrastructure

Up to 60% of the National Welfare Fund (NWF) is likely to be  invested in infrastructure projects, according to Russia’s Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Nikolai Podguzov. He added  that the funds would be invested on a returnable basis. ITAR-TASS
