Avtodor road tenders: Russia’s state-run highways commission Avtodor has put three road contracts worth a total of over RUB92bn up for tender. The contracts are for the fifth section of Moscow’s Central Ring Road; the construction and operation of the toll section of part of the Moscow-St Petersburg highway; and the M3 motorway that will run from Moscow to the Ukrainian border. rbc
