Poland’s freight forwarders are facing a possible closure of Russian border crossings if Warsaw refuses to follow new regulations imposed by Moscow Russia’s Transport Ministry announced on Friday. According to  the Ministry, the regulations are intended to give Russia greater control over imports that originate in countries affected by its ban on EU  food and agricultural products, but Polish officials are  insisting that the regulations imply an overall higher level of state control over freight traffic.
