Rebranded Aeroflot budget airline: Victory, Aeroflot’s second attempt to launch a low-cost carrier this year, got off to a flying start this year when it sold 7,000 tickets within 12 hours of opening for business. Flying out of Moscow’s Vnukovo airport, most initial demand was for flights to Yekaterinburg, Tyumen, Perm and Volgograd.
