Rosneft and Moscow have signed a cooperation agreement which will see the energy company join forces with some of the capital’s research institutes and other Moscow-based businesses to develop the economic potential of the capital and to create new jobs for skilled workers in the oil and gas sectors. For its part, the Government of Moscow will create the economic, legal and organizational conditions that will enable Rosneft to operate efficiently within the city, including giving it support in resolving land deals and simplifying administrative procedures.
