Rosneft to challenge sanctions through European courts

Rosneft to challenge sanctions: Rosneft has hired the British law firm Zaiwalla & Co to help it challenge the sanctions that have been imposed upon it by the EU in the wake of the Ukrainian crisis. Zaiwalla & Co has already represented Iran’s Bank Mellat in a similar action. Interfax
