Rostelecom privatisation postponed: The Russian government has decided to postpone its plans to privatize Rostelecom, Sovcomflot and the Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port (NCSP), First Deputy Finance Minister Tatyana Nesterenko announced yesterday. The decision to put the Rostelecom privatisation on hold – as well as that of the other two state-run companies – was taken on the basis of the current uncertainties surrounding the value of their assets.
