Russian Fisheries Agency HQ to move to Khabarovsk

Russian Fisheries Agency HQ: Within 24 hours of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev ordering the government to draw up plans for the relocation of state-owned companies to Russia’s Far East, the Russian Fisheries Agency has announced that it is to move its HQ to Khabarovsk, the administrative centre of the Far Eastern Federal District. The Kremlin is also considering offering corporate tax breaks and spending nearly $5bn on industrial services and utility services to attract potential investors to revitalise the economically lagging area.
