Russian Railways and Eurasia Infrastructure in Borneo rail JV

Borneo rail JV:  CFR Systems, a subsidiary of Russian Railways is teaming up with Singapore Eurasia Infrastructure to build a railway on Indonesia’s side of the island of Borneo. rbc
