Russian road budget: Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has agreed to add a further RUB120bn to the Russian road budget, bringing the total expenditure for the current decade up to RUB1.57tr. Under the terms of the new budget, the state-owned Russian Highways now has the task of building about 1,332km of new highways and upgrading a further 900km of existing roads. rbc
