Russky Island SEZ: Plans to develop a major tourist centre on the Far East’s Russky island have been abandoned in favour of the creation of a high-tech hub and business incubator. It is hoped that the Special Economic Zone will now attract talent from countries in the Asia Pacific region and in turn open up business opportunities with Russia’s eastern neighbours. ZR Press
