Tula car plant: The regional government of Tula yesterday announced that China’s largest sports utility vehicle and pickup manufacturer Great Wall Motors has agreed to invest up to RUB18bn in the construction of a car plant in the oblast with an annual capacity of up to 150,000 vehicles over an area of up to 216 hectares.
