Victor Kharitonin buys into Nürburgring German FI race track

Victor Kharitonin, the Russian billionaire,  has bought a majority stake in the Nürburgring German Formula One race track after Capricorn automotive chief Robertino Wild was forced to pull out due to financial difficulties.
