Moscow-St Petersburg motorway concession : Russia’s state highways agency Avtodor this week awarded the concession to build the Moscow-St Petersburg high-speed motorway to the VTB-Vinci consortium. The 141km stretch of road will run through the Leningrad and Novgorod regions and will includ 52 bridges and overpasses as well as several tunnels and three interchanges. rbc
