Sukhodol seaport: Work is expected to begin soon on a new seaport in Sukhodol bay in Primorye in Russia’s Far East near Khazan in anticipation of the long-term expansion of Russia’s coal industry which should see production increase from the 2013 total of 142.4m tonnes to 205m tons in 2030. The development will be carried out by Seaport Dry Valley, a JV set up by the Siberian Business Union (VTS) and VolgaGroup. ZRPress
