Balkan states consider Turkish Stream extension up to Austria

Turkish Stream extension: The Foreign Ministers of Hungary, Serbia, Macedonia and Greece could sign an MoU committing them to extending the Turkish Stream pipeline up into Austria as early as next month. Senior politicians from the four countries are due to meet next month to discuss the possibility of starting work on the 1,400km Tesla pipeline to Austria’s  Baumgarten gas hub in Austria in 2019.
The development comes amid conflicting reports about the future of the main  Turkish Stream pipeline with Gazprom and its Turkish counterparts seemingly deadlocked over gas prices.
